I’m an eager consumer of true crime via audible. Any number of organised crime/italian mafia I’ve purchased have always proven engaging. I got as far as the end of chapter 5 and found it disjointed, jumping from medieval Firenze to the modern day Favelas in Brazil and the Bronx in NYC. At any point I never really understood the point being made or where we actually were heading. Very disappointing
