I really wanted to love this and it started great, relateable characters, unique story but it needed more development. Lots of potential to be an epic.

This story was intriguing & has such relatable characters. I hope there is a sequel to follow. A mix of the classic vampire with a fresh twist.
I liked that Mia the main character was an everyday person with big dreams and that she has a unique ability. I also like the flash backs to the making of first vampires in relation to vampire families featured in this story. Well written and great narration.

this book had me gripped! I had to finish it in one sitting. I couldn't "put it down". I've followed celina on social media for a few years now so I knew she was writing a book but this blew me away! I need more! please please please we need more!?!?!
