This was a fantastic follow on, a bit of a different tale which was thoroughly enjoyable. Well narrated. Looking forward to the next book. Highly recommended.

There’s ever nothing to dislike about Anne Gracie’s books. I listened and was so impressed with the way she handled the worm of this tale. He received his due reward and all through his own actions. It was almost poetic and left many sighing in relief. As for the outcome of the search it was a magnificent time. Now I’m waiting for the next audiobook to be released within a few days. Keep on doing what you do best, Anne Gracie. Writing fantastic stories to keep your readers and listeners well satisfied.

Book 2 in the Devil Riders’ series

Harry Morant is looking for a practical marriage so he can focus on the racehorse empire he wants to build. On buying a new estate he also takes on the now homeless Lady Helen.

Lady Helen “Nell” has lost everything - her father died and was in debt.
She is also on a mission to find something that her father stole from her and gave away.

Harry was surprisingly compassionate with Nell and took the time to allow her to fully trust him.

Nell’s grief and sadness is expressed so well and you can’t help but feel for her.

Loved the side romance of Ethan and Tibby so glad to see that it was in this book after being hinted at in book one

A satisfying ending. I am looking forward to listening to more in this series

Nell Steven does a great job preforming this story and having individual voices for all of the characters – an enjoyable listen
