Exceptional

We all know that history is written by the winners...but which ones? A thorough, thought provoking look at the reasons we selectively manipulate historical narratives and viewpoints, illustrated by major national flashpoints. A must for anyone interested in the philosophy of history.

Just my cup of tea!

This audio book was very satisfying. The content and writing were well-researched, and well-narrated. I particularly appreciated the added clarifications or updates with regards to current events (COVID 19, Black Lives Matter). This resulted in great historical documentation, linked to the realities we are living through now - the best sort of writing in my opinion.
