When I read the reviews I did expect a bad ending and almost did not want to finish the book but it was nothing like that.

I like the books of Jade West and this was another good one.

Although a excellent book by jade west this book is extremely emotional especially at the end. I wish it ended In proper ever after but it didn’t. If you like your characters to have have a happy ending “ together “. I recommend not reading this book it was all going perfect and was ruined in the epilogue. Unfortunately they’re is no redeeming in a second book as that won’t be possible with these characters. Although amazingly written I truly regret reading as this book will have me emotional for a few weeks every time I think of it.

I'm sorry, I know that sounds harsh, but I completely agree with another Reviewer saying that the FMC sounds HEAPS older than she should & also the MFC narrator sounded too effeminate for that character. Those issues aside, at one point i had to check that I was actually listening to a Jade West book. Kept listening bcos I paid for it but really not the type of content I want to read. It's not a bad book, just way too emotional.

Needs a redo with different narrators.
