Excellent sriry wonderfully narrated. this has it all Love, adventure and comedy. This is my first E. James novel.. and it won't be my last.
As always Mary Jane Wells knows how to deliver a line and how to portray a mood or feeling... I have to say her interpretation of Bonnie Prince Charles had me in stitches.. she made him sound like an English Donald Trump 🤣

This was an entertaining story, that rollicks along. The right length of time, without being repetitive or too predictable. Narration was superb.

This is my first James novel and I’m not sure if it is the sweet quirky love story she wrote or the hilariously brilliant and entertaining voice actor that I loved, but I imagine it was both. Highly recommended for a light mood and be careful where you listen because you will laugh loud!

Terrific characters with an engaging story. Nothing ridiculous, bloodthirsty or nasty happens, just a sweet love story with most girl’s favorite, handsome and lovable hero in the starring role. The heroine is a young woman we can identify with, who is seeking independence, to be treated fairly and to be valued for herself. As always, beautifully written.
