The Contemporary Mythos series will feature a different Greek god in each book, reexploring their myths and combining contemporary romance tropes. Though they will all stand alone, the stories will also intersect for those that listen to them all.

Although it was enjoyable it made things stick out more than the book did. For example all the dirty dancing references. They seemed to really have an impact in the audible than the book did and the whole ‘nobody puts Stephanie in the corner’ made me laugh at how cringe it was. It wasn’t cringy in the book so it must have been the voice that was used.
Overall, I still enjoyed it but will rate the audiobook lower than the paperback.
