Humble, hilarious, charismatic and intelligent
This book exceeds all expectations. The fact that Zac’s reading it himself, curates a more personal experience. The advice given are backed with scientific evidence and the stories that go along allow us to relate.
Good Influence reflects the pillars of all self help/physical health books of creating a road to a better, more productive and fulfilled life . Factual and relevant.
This book is not limited to body builders, it applies to anyone looking to improve themselves. Many topics relevant to a balanced life are discussed, including healthy habits, sleep and diet.
Without a doubt this is a book to add to your collection, and most definitely should be at the top of your booklist if you are ready to personally grow and become confident and happy with who you are in all aspects of your life.
