The Best of Jericho

Another page turner in the Jericho series. Ann McMan combines her wit and stellar writing skills to tell us a difficult story that all at once rattles and uplifts the reader. Christine Williams brings the characters to life with her superb narration. I look forward to the next installment in this wonderful series with characters that are hard to let go of after the last page is turned, or word is spoken.

WOW!

I loved Goldenrod. It's filled with the people we love from Jericho. I like that it touched on everyone's story. It advanced all the characters, not just some. Christine Williams does an excellent job with the narration. Anxiously awaiting the next book.

Jericho's a sojourn of love, triumph & meditation

OMG... how I love Ann McMan's creations in the Jericho series of novels! Ann's artistry with words, humor, passion, scene settings, personalities & relationships all offered me warm places to explore, grow, contemplate & sojourn. All the while artfully transported by Christine Williams' sultry voice as it moved me through 😄 joy 😡 anger 😢 sadness & 😍 love. Christine's voice was a very much appreciated partner in my Jericho experience!! Oh, how I miss Jericho! 💝 Thank you Ann and Christine! ------- P.S. I wrote the first part of this review when I was only ⅔ of the way thru listening to Goldenrod yesterday. Well, I just finished listening to the LAST 5 MINUTES of the book. NOW I NEED CARDIAC RESUSCITATION... and a promise of book 4 in the series... PLEASE PROMISE!!

Goldenrod left me wanting more

My kids were raised by 2 moms in a rural Blue Ridge Mountains community and this book (series) tells the story of surviving and prospering in a poignant, heartwarming, and meaningful way. Ann McMan masterfully brings the characters of Jericho to life, as if my own friends and neighbors are a part of the story. This 3rd book in the series is so relevant and relatable. The series is narrated amazingly well. I only hope I don't have to wait too long for the next installment.

dang it was good.

Ann McMan has done it again. This Jericho addition was as well written as the first two! Wonderful real characters, this from a born and reared Southern soul, a story that rings true. My only problem is that there is not another one waiting to be downloaded!

Best author ever!

I very seldom leave a review. I found the Jericho series to be hilarious. I hope there is going to be another book, since we were left hanging. I can't wait.

Finally finished both JERICHO and GOLDENROD and thoroughly enjoyed both. Great character development, creative story and touching theme! These are people that you want to meet and get to know. Hope Ann makes this a trilogy SOON 😘
