This is why you should be a step ahead of anyone's gaslighting game to move forward in life.

If you are stuck in someone's control or don't want to be, you must know this favorite mind game of all great manipulators.

It is so powerful that most people won't be able to detect it even for many years of being enslaved - but why?

Gaslighting is a very common method of manipulation that when intentionally or even unintentionally used, you'll be so influenced emotionally that you cannot think for yourself or for your own good.

Sounds nasty? It is. But you'll never know when you're participating as the inflictor or the prey until you explore this topic.

This audiobook will:

  • Explain why gaslighting is such a powerful mind control technique.
  • Show you how gaslighters use this technique to conceal all other mind games they have up on their sleeve.
  • Make you smarter than their clever psychological tricks.
  • Give you the ability to recognize a gaslighter immediately.
  • Show you effective ways on how to free yourself and recover from gaslighting.
  • Let you know what to do if you find yourself gaslighting someone.
  • Gain you the skills to protect yourself and resist gaslighting.

It doesn't matter if you are doing it or others are doing it to you. You must be aware that gaslighting exists.

You have to be able to identify gaslighting really quickly. And you shouldn't know anything less than what you can get from this book. Knowing less exposes you to the great dangers of gaslighting.

There are tons of things you could be missing in life, while others hold you down. You could be somewhere you want to be by now. Free yourself or free somebody today.

Dictate your own destiny and start listening now.

Identifying the narcissist

Such a great audiobook. It opened my eyes. The term narcissistic is always thrown around without a true understanding of what a narcissist is and how they manipulate others. This audiobook will open your eyes to true narcissistic behavior and how they use gaslighting on innocent people to belittle and destroy their self esteem. This audiobook is great for people who want to identify this personality in themselves or others.

Very interesting book

Was interesting to see how the narcissist thinks and the tactics they use. It would for sure be scary being in that situation, but this audiobook lays it all out there, all the different ways the victim is abused. This audiobook, Gaslighting, explains in more detail the ways narcissists use gaslighting to get their way.

Helped me understand

I'm glad to see there are audiobooks written about this subject. I believe I was a victim of gaslighting in elementary school, by someone I believed was my 'best friend', and it took me until now to understand what happened. I am now in therapy and planning my future.

Wish I had known before

Very easy to listen to, informative audiobook on Gaslighting and Narcissism. After watching a family member go through a similar situation, I felt this audiobook was incredibly helpful in recognizing signs and empowering the victim who experienced these situations. Really wish I had this audiobook when these circumstances were happening, as opposed to after the fact.

For the narcissists?

I am just wondering, how do we let a Narcissist listen to this book to know their problem? This book is really helpful in identifying behaviors of a narcissist and a gaslighter. I do agree that we may have exhibited those kinds of behavior and yes we will be able to see it in ourselves when we try to reflect on the information found on this book. But what about the real narcissists? They usually have a fierce personality and I wonder if they’d be able to see what’s wrong with their behavior. I think they should know this book exists and be able to balance their manipulative behavior and do what’s good to have good nontoxic relationships with the people in their life. This book is very insightful and profound.

A way out of toxic relationships

Big thanks to the author of this book because this has been very helpful in how I navigate through life with gaslighting people in my life. It has the best examples of gaslighting and manipulative tactics by gaslighters that we can easily relate to and find ourselves in. It’s a trap to be with a gaslighter, and this book showed me there is a way out.

The author has created a sensitive audiobook here that uses tools for recovery. The first step is to profile your abuser which can be difficult for many recovering from abuse. The author moves on to positive exercises that help you to recover using positive thoughts with your recovery. Brief and Straightforward

Generally, I figured this book worked admirably of instructing somebody on the most proficient method to get the best outcomes on dealing with toxic people and gaslighters. Brief and straightforward. I would suggest this audiobook for any man (or ladies) experiencing the same situations. By the way, this audiobook made it very easy to identify what gaslighting is, which was easy to identify as something else prior to getting the essential knowledge I got from this book. From that, one can easily identify how to make the suggestions work so that we deal with gaslighting relationships with favorable outcomes to transform our lives and heal.

Helpful for those who need it

I found this audiobook interesting, practical in places. I feel that this is carefully written to address issues as well as inform. Also this audiobook asks us to evaluate ourselves for unhealthy patterns that may be causing strain in relationships due to the possibility of us doing the manipulation ourselves. I would certainly recommend listening to it. It may help you deal with issues you may have.

Recommended audible on the topic

Great audiobook. Very insightful look into a difficult psychological disorder often seen in close knit relationships but often not recognized. Gaslighting is a Narcissist's favorite tool of manipulation. This audiobook helps in the recovery of emotional blackmail and if recognized earlier, avoidance of such unhealthy toxic relationships with manipulators. I recommend this audiobook to whoever is going through a manipulative relationship.

Grateful for listening

Really worth it for me. Explains gaslighting very well. The author focuses on how to survive with the abuser present, but also on recovery once the abuser is no longer around. It was helpful to have more on the recovery side. I am very thankful I found this audiobook. It has really put a light in a situation I have been dealing with for years!!

Sometimes it’s not just a one off situation

Thank you so much for your insights. It's nice to know that what I have experienced is not just a one off situation. There is a word for it, and it is a form of mental abuse. It gives all the symptoms about borderline personalities, narcissistic people and gives ideas about how to get out from this and from toxic relationships.

Great workbook for those who have experienced gaslighting from family, friends and relationships. Gives you insight and exercises to help teach you to identify abuse, learn about abusers and their insidious manipulations, and how to break the cycle, set your own boundaries and recognize other potential abusers and how they twist your life to keep you in their lives.
