Etwas Ablenkung findet sie bei ihrer alten Schulfreundin Iba Gerdes, die sich nach der Trennung von ihrem untreuen Ehemann eine Auszeit in Dornum nimmt. Allerdings bleibt Iba nicht lange Single.
