Julie is a great writer who I’ve been a fan of for some time but I wasn’t sure what to expect from a modern romance novel of hers. I was pleasantly surprised that despite it being different to my usual setting preference, the story was really engaging and the characters had a lot more depth to them than is typical of this genre. A really fun read, enjoyable story and a great introduction for new readers to Soto!

Wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed the writing, and really liked the characters. The narration was top-notch. I especially enjoyed all the wedding planning details and could see all the beautiful floral arrangements. A 5 star Read for me

I have loved Julie's writing for a while now but this was impeccable! I would say she is the Queen of Second Chances. I'm so mad at myself for not starting this sooner! Narration was top notch and the storyline was lovely. All the characters were really well done and even the villain was subtle enough until it came to a head. I'm hoping for a Mar book, she seems interesting! Thanks, Julie!

This is grumpy/Sunshine romance about a second chance romance. can they overcome each of their shortfalls and hold ups to find a way back together?
