About this listen

What do you do when the love of your life forgets? Not the good times. Not the love. Not the passion. But the pain and heartbreak and betrayal.

He doesn't remember that he broke my heart. But I do.

He doesn't remember the darkest parts of our marriage. He doesn't remember that six months ago, I said goodbye.

What do you do when the love of your life remembers your marriage but not your divorce?

Contains mature themes.

Great storyline. Love a book that gets straight into it and no long preamble. Well written and narrated.

This story was angst plus. I felt I was in the argument for the whole book. While I finished the book it was not pleasant. It was hot in parts and I liked both characters but not happy that the MMC was a cheater. But I suppose it made the story more true to human situations that happen

The gaslighting on this poor FMC was fricking extraordinary. The MMC’s best friend tries to make it all her fault repeatedly. Then lumps her with her ex-husband as he recovers from an accident with no memory. Such fucking poor form.
The poor woman had two miscarriages, she felt defective and that she just kept disappointing her husband. She shut down because of the trauma that she was dealing with. Within two years, she has two miscarriages. And lots of months in between which they were trying to get pregnant and she kept getting her period.
I’m sorry, but there is no way on any earth that that justified her husband cheating on her. He supposedly still loves her? But he was shacked up with this other woman.? His wife kicked him out and he goes straight to the woman he cheated on her with?
No,
no way. That is completely unforgivable behaviour. And she’s made to feel like it’s all her fault?
She forgives him so quickly because she thinks it’s her fault
I’m sorry, but this is a massive no for me
Couldn’t finish it
So disappointing
