Summary

When Miller Hobbs finds himself on a winter vacation in Colorado with the giant, exceedingly loud, Marian and Wilde families, he doesn’t quite know what to do with himself. He’s not really a Marian or a Wilde despite having DNA ties to both.

Well, how many characters from past books can you cram into one story? According to Google AI they included all major characters from the Made Marian series and the Forever Wilde series as well as 'found family' from the Aster Valley series who host the holiday gathering. It was awesome, and a little confusing at the same time. The premise was about how crazy a gathering of the two clans would be, and the story gave the reader whiplash, so we really feel it.
This book did actually have a story of its own, it was a gentle one where Miller, who is Tilly's grandson matches up with Darius who is a baker in Aster Valley. Apart from their growing relationship the story also covered grief for the death of Miller's Mother and how it also affected Tilly. A sweet story in among the chaos.
Michael Dean held it all together with the cast of thousands. He is a star.
