When the previous titles are 19 hours, paying the same price for 4 is ridiculous. It is well written, but hardly a novel - more like a scene from one rather than a full story.

I normally love all of the audiobooks for the anita Blake series, but this one seems to be trialling music with the story. I found it incredibly distracting and sometimes painful to listen to, which made it hard to listen to the story at all. I was dissatisfied as I preordered this book and was looking forward to it. Overall, it was a good story, but the music wasn’t great.
