About this listen

ALEXEI

Before I came to St. Lawrence University, I didn't believe in magic.

Now I'm desperate to get my hands on a spell, even at the expense of lying to my friends.

It's not something I'm proud of, but I have my reasons.

Enter the charming, carefree Matteo Baros, who—unfortunately for both of us—becomes suspicious of me.

I expect him to rat me out.

Instead, maybe because he's such a stand-up guy, he offers to help me with a spell.

Not just any spell—a sex spell.

Not really something two straight guys can manage easily, but we find a way, and what should've been a nightmare turns into a feverish night of passion.

But there are consequences for our actions.

The spell ignites a sequence of events neither of us could have anticipated, and as the intensity of this fever between us mounts, we find ourselves caught in a war between rival covens, battling sinister forces from another realm that threaten to wreak havoc upon our world.

* Each couple featured in the Saints & Sinners Series receive an HEA at the end of their respective book, but because of the scope of the larger paranormal story, it's best to listen to this series in order.

I feel like i have been waiting years for this book. When I read lust it was something completely diffident to what i normally read but, I love Devon's writing so I just went with it. I absolutely loved it & couldn't wait for Fever. Again, i was capitaved by the whole paranormal world & magic that Devon created. I devoured this book because it had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen next. This book was magic and so darn hot! I loved Alexei and Matteo and that ending...holy cow! Can I have book three now?!

Fever completely consumed me. I didn’t just read this book—I felt it. Devon McCormick has created something truly special, and this series now sits firmly among the best I’ve ever experienced. From the very first page, as it was with the first book Lust, I was pulled into a world full of danger, secrets, and magic, and I never wanted the book to end.

The intrigue is nonstop, perfectly balanced with mystery and magic making the atmosphere feel both thrilling and haunting. Every twist made my heart race, every revelation hit hard, and the tension kept building in the best possible way. I found myself emotionally invested in every moment, unable to stop thinking about what would happen next.

The characters are deeply compelling and unforgettable. I cared about them fiercely, especially Alexei. I’ll admit, a part of my heart kept wishing he would have magic of his own—it felt like it should happen, like he deserved it. That longing stayed with me long after I finished the book, and honestly, it made the story even more powerful.

This series so far is beyond exceptional. It’s intense, emotional, and beautifully written, with a magic system and plot that linger in your mind. Fever didn’t just meet my expectations—it shattered them. If you’re looking for a story that grips your heart and refuses to let go, this book is an absolute must-read.
I simply cannot wait for the next book in the series! The narration be Tim Paige is perfection as always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
