All kinds of excellent knowledge In particular!

This audio-book contains all kinds of excellent information. Especially for people having issues with getting side tracked and derailed by other people and negative thinking. It is as it says a 30 day plan, so learning one concept a day is an easy way to make it into your long-term memory.

Audio-book and I had a lot of feelings about it!

I’ve listen audio-books and had me think a lot about its ideas, but this one took one step further: i have me act accordingly. Not sure how long the impact will be but i started doing small steps and track myself on it. That’s cool.

Anyone who wants to change must listen!

An excellent audio-book with very easy to understand language and examples. I had listen The Power of Habit on similar topic before but I felt this audio-book took the topic a little further.One thing I love most about Feeling good is the ideas and tips given on how to apply them in our day to day life.

Fantastic audio-book improves your life.

This audio-book presents clearly how to form good habits and do away with those you don't want. His style is anything but dry, and the audio-book is equally interesting for his anecdotal examples. The whole thing was great, and I'll be going back to listen and reassess how to better my habits for some time. You'll love it.

It's more than power-based intervention!

My favorite part of this audio-book is that it is action based more than will power based. It is my opinion that if following these actionable steps ones habits would change. Will definitely listen again.
