Publisher's Summary

Joining us for Audible Sessions is television and radio presenter and author Fearne Cotton, whose latest book is Speak Your Truth.

Cotton is a familiar voice on our radios, becoming the first regular female presenter of the Radio 1 Chart Show, which she hosted alongside Reggie Yates. She has since presented her own Radio 1 show and on Radio 2. Cotton began her own podcast in 2018, titled Happy Place, following the success of her best-selling book Happy. The podcast shares advice from experts on how to find joy in the everyday and unlock inner happiness.

Cotton entered the presenting world at the age of 15 hosting children’s programmes, before moving into prime time shows such as Top of the Pops, The Xtra Factor and Celebrity Juice. Cotton has always participated in charity shows, presenting many Red Nose Day telethons for Children in Need and Comic Relief, as well as Live 8 from Hyde Park.

We'll be chatting with Fearne Cotton about her tips for self-worth, embracing our full selves and how to find the balance between comfort and growth. We’ll chat about why she thinks this is so important in our modern world and about her latest book, Speak Your Truth, which teaches listeners how to find their voice and speak out with confidence.
