Easy intro guide!

She does great at explaining fasting so that you can understand it. I have been intermittent fasting for a week and I am so surprised at how easy it is. And I LOVE FOOD. Food is my favorite.

Cannot Love Enough

I've been doing a daily fast by skipping breakfast every day and trying to eat a low carb, high fat diet that Elizabeth Moore recommends and in a very short time I've seen results in weight loss and lower blood sugar!!!

What does anyone have to lose if they practice this safely? Do some homework and honestly find an argument not to try at least the time-limited eating window for two weeks and see what you gain and lose.

the ability to build on it.

This book is absolutely amazing! I eat ketogenic and have been for a year and I've always been interested in fasting and other books don't provide as much detail as this one. It helps that Elizabeth Moore is a co-author since he is the low carb king.

Is an AMAZING book.

If you want to be healthy and really be mindful of what your body needs/wants, fasting is the way to get back to the original/natural state of your body. Just try to see how great you feel once you start this life style. It just will all make sense to you, too I hope.

Hoping it holds true for me!

The justification for fasting goes way beyond just weight control. The explanations of the various strategies and guidelines are direct and clear and simple. I would say this book is a must-book for any intelligent person interested in a deeper understanding of fasting.
