By 'coming to our senses' both literally and metaphorically, we can become more compassionate, more embodied, more aware human beings and, in the process, contribute to the healing of the body politic as well as our own lives in ways both little and big.

Beautifull

Done Kabat Zinn mindfull meditation for many years, and listen to all his books, many times. This book has been the Pearl . Feeling Grateful

straight forward easy guidance

thought this was a great reading style helpful to activate mindfulness day to day life and i believe i will be able to refer back to many of the points made

No substance

As a huge fan of his books this one has no substance.
I'm sure he could have said what he needed to in a few chapters rather than a book.

Where is the downloadable PDF ?
