I wasn't sure what to expect from the synopsis. First and foremost a love story, this novel was easy to listen to and had a nice story arc. Good chemistry and believable conflict. I would have been interested in reading more about the universe it was set in to make the paranormal side stronger.

Like the previous review, I found this a very easy listen. Smooth and a relaxing tone. I wanted to like this story, but not able to connect with the MC. The sassy best friend was more interesting and had some funny moments. The flash backs spiced things up, but not enough to add much depth. This a good read to have in the back ground, but didn't keep me captivated.
