Good plot development

Would like to see more character development of n these stories but this is I believe, Book One so perhaps further reading will result in some backstories

Warning

Started off really well I was super enjoying a strong female lead and then creepy Christianity stuff started coming in and just kept continuing in the end. It’s the battle of Good and evil light and dark. With a little effort to hide parallels with biblical nonsense …Even the main compound is called the ark.
