Exciting story, interesting take on Arthur, guenivier, Lancelot etc. Quite enjoyed the change. Recommend this story if you are interested in battles, swords, appears n shield walls.

In typical Bernard Cornwell style the story telling captures your mind. Knowing the works are historical fiction, after reading (or listening to) his books it re fires my thirst for knowledge on post roman/ early medieval age brittain snd scandinavia. I go in search of new knowledge. Thank you Bernard for your writings and sharing your gift and knowledge with us all.
