Rory Clements always delivers with well researched, engaging and powerful psychological thrillers. The reading and production of this story is also outstanding.

I was required to read this book for book club. I found it a very disappointing read. The dialogue between the characters feel stilted and a little like a badly written screenplay. There are parts of this plot that seem preposterous. I'm not in a hurry to read anything more by this author.

With sadly no more Bernie Gunthers to read I had high hopes for this, but I found it cheesy in terms of character drawing and plot and never got going, so after a decent chance for this to improve I ditched it.
