Books 1&2 are good, I wanted to shake the LM's a couple of times for poor communication but meh, i got over it and moved on..... But by book 3 I got angry 😠, the LL (perceived as strong willed & a lil opinunated) clearly has Trauma from seeing her parents murdered at a young age, to have the LM use an unsatisfied sexual act as a form of punishment and on a virgin non-the-less (what a horrible intro to someones 1st sexual experience with a partner), what BS! and it was the 2nd time he did it to her, however the 1st time was not as punishment it was because half way through pleasuring her he suddenly realises he needs her brothers permission (WTF) and he just gets up and say ' sorry I got a go - and NO explanation!!
I just found this book more frustrating then enjoyable..
This story had all the potential but sorry Christa Wick you dropped the ball on this one. I know you tried to smooth things out in the end but that doesn't give the LM permission be cruel and the LL left to think its ok..
...Maybe I have some unresolved Trauma too 😢 cos this book clearly affected me more then i thought...
