Emerald Eyes is a romantic adventure set in the late 1980s. Charlie is a young archaeologist, and T.J. is her childhood crush and substitute older brother. When Charlie is attacked and kidnapped because of a plain ceramic statue, T. J. and his security company must come to the rescue.
Finding the origin of the not-so-plain-after-all statue leads them into the Amazonian jungles of Peru. Beset by Shining Path guerrillas and the strange creators of the statue, Charlie and T.J. fight their way into and out of a hidden city, while Charlie discovers the love she had always sought.
