This series gets better and better. This story follows the youngest Varik. Winter is the enforcer and the protector and does not think about himself, only about the safety of his family. Until he meets Fox, a Witch who is prophesied to destroy the Varik's. Needless to say that does not happen, and Fox turns out to be a fantastic character with great sass and a big heart. He melts Winter's heart and they become a power couple. The Vampire war is coming to a head and both Winter and Fox are right in the middle of it. Great action and adventure and a sweet story of Winter discovering that he is loveable.
Kale Williams is such a good narrator and keeps each character distinct from each other.
