Artist is a New Zealand self-published author (pen name) Eleanor Kit, also known as Michelle Wade.

The first series is the adventures of a Maine coon cat called Millvy, searching for his missing tail around the globe, meeting new friends, solving problems and experiencing new cultures.

The second series is Millvy's two dog brothers named Copper and Charcoal who are off to school (dog daycare) for the first time and experience dog training lessons, pet photography and dog grooming. The second book in this dog series is a New Zealand forest adventure where Charcoal meets a possum. This is based on real life dogs who featured in a New Zealand TV series called Barkley Manor.
