Have really enjoyed K Webster books. They always have something different in them that surprises me. In this book, CIA operative Rosa has been deep undercover. I won't spoil the story but be warned it is as violent as it is hot. Not violent towards the female lead but there are VERY graphic torture scenes in this book that were shocking. These scenes helped to cement the male leads character and passion. I read it all in one sitting as I couldn't put it down. Possibly not for everyone, but I am really glad I did. Only a handful of romances stay with me and I have no doubt this will be one of them.

With all the good reviews I read I was expecting so much more from this book ! for some reason I couldn’t find the connection between the characters! Rosa sounded monotone and Javier sounded annoying after hearing his accent up to chapter 10 !! to me it was not sexy at all !
Had to force myself y to o finish this one I’m so disappointed I wasted my money on this one which is a shame cause the other 2 books I have of Webster were great !!
If you want to read a slow gong ganster romance with a lot of useless violence and with the female wanting sex all the time then be my guest but this one was not for me !!!
