Yes Shooter is incredibly up himself, but the way that he falls for Sterling is to die for!

Great narration, dual recording, but there are minimal females in this book so I hardly noticed.

Great introduction to this community with more books to come.

Shooter was an a**hole, let’s just get that out of the way. It was a testament to Sterling’s personality that he was able to put up with his crap. But once we learn that Shooter is really mentally struggling, we understand why he is the way he is and he lets Sterling look after him 🥰
Narrators were perfect, both of them on my favourites list.
There were a lot of interesting side characters, setting up for future books. I will be continuing with the series to see what happens with them.

Ashley James has done it again! Another stunning book. I was a bit hesitant to read this because I haven't fully enjoyed some of the past Cowboy stories I have read. But I love Ashley's writing so I decided to give this one a try. I'm so happy I did. Shooter & Sterling roped me in and I can't seem to let them go. Aaron Shedlock & Alex Kydd did an amazing job narrating Sterling & Shooter.

"His hand squeezes mine, and he nods. He feels like heaven wrapped around me, and the farther I get inside of him, the deeper I know I never want to leave here. Not this room or this town, per se, but this. Him."
