This was a interesting story plenty going on with twist and turn from the start. as a good ending.Found the narration a bit of a drone in places otherwise fine.

This was my first book by Wendy Corsi Stain but it won't be my last. The story flowed and was narrated well. Looking forward to the next.

The story had good bones but was far too long. There was so much going on...enough for 2 books. The narrator did a good job.

I found this book quite slow. Was determined to see it through. A lot of character switching, so I had to concentrate and keep track.

Good story that had a surprising ending. I would listen to the second book but the narration was terrible. What is it with audible to put narration through a robotic process - has to be AI generated, surely. The over enunciation and weird separation of words is irritating and took away from a really good story.

I loved this. It’s long and involved but it pays off. And I liked the narrator, her voice reminded me of Jaclyn Smith. This was very enjoyable.
