In the distant highlands, a puma named Dusk is killing shepherds. Down in the lowlands, twins Iris and Floyd are out of work, money and friends. As they journey up into this wild, haunted country, they discover there's far more to the land and people of the highlands than they imagined. This is a griitty story of a stoic brother/sister bond, that withstood a brutal childhood, eeked a meagre existance in the harsh Australian bush. Beautifully depicted Highland country landscapes form an integral part a quest to capture a ferocious panther that had been imported to cull the growing deer poulation.
