Given I'm not a diehard fan of ONJ's, I wasn't sure I'd enjoy this bio. However I loved it. It's entertaining, ONJ reads it at a fast pace, and her humility and beautiful energy shines through every minute of her story. And it's a thoroughly fascinating story, given she's had meteoric success over many years, failed relationships, success in business and showbiz, and to top it off cancers to deal with (as I'm dealing with now as I write), The essence of her message is to be present, to listen to our own inner wisdom, to eat and live clean and well, and to take care of our bodies, all animals and the planet. Yes I know this sounds trite, however in the context of her story it shines and motivates. I much enjoyed this book and was sorry it finished, always a good sign. Enjoy.
