If you want to break the diet cycle read this book

I have been following Jennifer on social media for a while I like her clear and easy to understand way of explaining things and this book was no different. She is highly qualified in the area of exercise science and nutrition as well as her own personal experience with weight loss. Hearing this information from someone who is qualified was really important to me in the current climate where anyone can just jump online and give nutrition advice without the wealth of experience and knowledge Jennifer has. Jennifer's book goes into the key aspects of weight loss that one needs to consider to make permanent mindset and action change to break out of the cycle of dieting. I really loved the real life case studies spread throughout the book that help illustrate her points and also her honest account of her own weight loss journey.
If you are open to exploring how you can work through a mindset shift and clear actionable changes to your life to stop dieting then I say this book is a must read!
