great history

i enjoyed this book very much . even more though in my own language as I am german
it was read very well and the story is so real it made me feel very sad at some points yet more interested to know about it from an angel of a different country

I loved the story.

This book took me on a journey back in time of the French occupation by the Germans in WW2 . A story of love and loss, bravery and selflessness of two sisters who fought the war on their own fronts. I was there with them from start to finish. One of my favourite books yet.
