The title's a bit misleading...

If you are new to the Ramsey family and haven't heard of "The Baby Steps" before, then this is a good short introduction to them. With that said though, much of this book has very little to do with student loans and is filled more so with generic ways to be frugal with your money. It doesn't go into enough detail about the structures of student loans, how we can't rely on forgiveness programs, and doesn't mention at all any types of post graduation scholarships/grants that may be available (though they are scarce). As a person who is an admirer of Anthony's last book "Debt-Free Degree", this one unfortunately was underwhelming for me. Don't get me wrong, it has good tips on saving money, it just isn't as student loan driven as the title made it out to be.

Life changing

As with all Dave Ramsey personalities, Anthony O'Neal is about common sense and grandma's logic. Follow these principles has changed my families life.

Condensed Dave Ramsey Book

Enjoyed it, but if you've already read Dave Ramseys books, then you don't need to read this one. it reiterates in a condensed form what Dave talks about.

Needed Topic, Book too short

Should have went into more detail and encouragement. I wish the book was longer. Glad the author voiced the book himself.
