Publisher's Summary

It was the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring…nope. No. Nuh-uh. That’s a lie.

The moment that Caro wakes up, she knows that she’s not alone.

One thump-thump from the living room and she quickly moves into action.

One 9-1-1 call later, and she’s ready to defend herself.

Only, she gets more than she bargains for when she steps out into her living room and comes face to face with a living, breathing nightmare.

And isn’t it just fitting that the man that saves her by coming down the chimney with a large black gun in his hand is named Saint Nicholas?

***

It seemed like the start of a bad joke.

Saint Nicholas comes down the chimney on Christmas Eve night, but he isn’t there to bear gifts. He’s there to take out the trash.

When he lands on his silent feet, he has no other choice but to put himself in harm’s way.

One look at Caro’s terrified face, and he can’t stop himself.

He steps in just as the bullets start flying, saving the damsel in distress and taking a bullet to the shoulder for his trouble.

But one thing he can say is, heroes always win the girl.

And Caro is the best Christmas miracle of all.

Is a girl robot reading?

FOUR STARS FOR JOHN LANE, he did very well! Grace Grant made me think my computer was reading, but that would be an insult to the computer! She was like a robot all the way through the book. I kept expecting her to loosen up and fall into the story, but she never did. Almost makes you want to return the book.

The story was pretty much what you expect. I did like that the female was not a crying, weak lady. She was strong and smart and those were her best qualities. The male lead was everything I expected and I found I liked him very much. Overall a good story.

Saint and Caro's book. I we aired all year for this book to be released. I did not disappoint! I absolutely love when the author writes books for the kids in another series, it's like a family reunion of sorts. we get a peek at where everyone is. great storyline and of course the depth of the characters are amazing. I was so not wanting this book to end. can't wait for the next book!

Saint and Carolina

Lani Lynn Vale never ceases to amaze me. This book was intriguing, suspenseful, witty, and romantic. Saint and Carolina are absolutely perfect together, their chemistry is palpable, their connection was instant, and their journey was beautiful. Narration was perfection. I loved listening to this story

Sweet

What a sweet story. I loved Saints story

A boy who was a presidents son and all he wanted was to have a normal life. And he got that normal

He became a swat member and he got a dog and adopted some cats. And then he met Caro and he wanted her. But he stayed away.
Unti they got quarantined with her and emotions just got too much.
But there was more danger out there and it might be someone closer than he thought.

I loved Saint and Caro's story. She wanted him and she never gave up on him. Even when he pushed her away she knew there had to be a reason.
Lots of drama and some intense moments that will have you devouring this one in one go💖😊

Loved it!!

First I love the author Lani Lynn Vale. I've enjoyed many of her books. Secondly, I loved John Lane's narration. He was funny, serious and he was the perfect Saint!! I loved ♥ the different storyline too. Lots of fun and swearing but the timing was right on. Let's face it, who doesn't swear occasionally and it didn't bother me one bit!! Good series and this one is a favorite of the series.

Love Lani Lynn Vale

She is my favorite author and this story was as good as the rest. Saint has to be the sweetest alpha she has written. Worth the credit as is the whole series.
