Somewhat informative… quite boring and unengaging
Mental development sections are insightful especially the onset of puberty. The rest covered largely physical changes and how to deal with them such as odour and pimples which feels like is just filling up space in a book about what should be about decoding boys. From a man’s perspective though, might be more interesting for someone that has no idea about men
