It’s an easy listen with some twists and turns, and curiosity. I got to the end holding my breath and can’t wait to listen to part 2. The two narrators are nice to listen to.

thoroughly enjoyable if not mildly predictable but enjoyable all the same. worth a read and your time especially if you like books placed in an older time. main characters entitled can be a little irritating in the beginning but progresses and grows into a better person as time goes on.

I really enjoyed this story, the way it was read was fantastic. The voices, the background music and the accents were all 5 star!

I didn’t expect much as most fantasies these days seem to all read the same.
I was pleasantly surprised with a unique story full of twists and turns, likeable characters and loathsome antagonists. The relationships presented in the book aren’t suddenly thrusted into being with little to no build up. Not in your usual fashion where it’s painstakingly obvious, but rather little jabs and teasing built over time.

I loved this! The characters had unique and compelling voices, both excellently read. It reminded me of the Song of The Lioness, but with a Sapphic spin, more-fleshed out characters, and higher-stakes plot.
