About this listen

When Carver finds out Liana Cardoso is missing, presumed dead, he'll stop at nothing to find out what happened to her, and he'll avenge her by any means necessary.

Carver and Liana started out on opposite sides. She was NSA, he was trying to stop an assassin from hunting down Paola and killing her. After Carver saved Liana from Enigma, they laid low in the mountains of western North Carolina for a while and then the NSA welcomed Liana back in from the cold.

But someone in the upper echelons of power sold a list of undercover agents to an information broker. The organization Liana had infiltrated on her first mission back to the NSA presumably saw her name on the list.

And now she's probably dead.

Carver goes to Washington DC, his least favorite place in the country because it's filled with some of the worst vermin in the world—politicians. He's going to find out who sold the list, who bought the list, and he's going to kill anyone who had anything to do with Liana's fate.

She might be dead. But she'll never be forgotten.

Enjoyed all of the 9 stories so far. At time of writing book 10 is out but not on Audible yet. Let’s hope it arrives soon and there are more in the series to come. Great stories and exceptional narration.

Hoping not the end of a great series
