Sehr zum Unmut des In-spektors vermutet Holmes die Unschuld McCarthys noch bevor er mit den eigentlichen Untersuchungen beginnt. Aber hat er diesmal womöglich ein zu frühes Urteil gefällt? Ist James McCarthy tatsächlich so unschuldig, wie Alice Turner annimmt?
