It seems that half this book (first half or so) is about lots of sexual playing and acting out sexual ideas. The second half has more character development. I think I like the second a wee bit better. I liked the feisty heroine. The hero was rather egotistical for my liking. Overall, the audio performance was great. The plot is 3-4 stars.

Dark Duke is book 2 of the Noble Passions series and follows on from Dark Fancy. This series is steamy to say the least and if you don't mind erotica this is a great audiobook to listen to. I loved it and the narrator was fantastic .

Brigande follows next which I'd actually listened to this first - something you can of course do so for any of the books in this series, however i must say it's truly interesting to start the series with book 1 to get into the characters and experience their story as the series continues.

I recommend this book (and the series).
