Publisher's Summary

We're a match made in hell, Stefan and I.

He took me to exact his revenge. I went from being a pawn to my father to being a pawn to Stefan. The only difference is I have a ring the size of a boulder on my finger and a husband I don't want.

And the hardest part is I thought he was different. I thought I was falling in love.

I guess my father was right. I'm not a very smart girl.

Stefan is a powerful man. He doesn't play nice, not if you're his enemy. But I've learned one thing about my husband.

He takes care of what's his.
And I am his.

His enemies have become my enemies, but he'll never let anyone hurt me. He's fiercely protective. It's the predator inside that scares me.

Awesome!

I absolutely loved this book and the duet in general. Mafia is generally the genre I love the most and this book did not disappoint. It had it all violence, mystery, and angst. It was dark and dirty and left me wanting more. Even though I was not surprised by the twist as I saw it coming from the start it was a good way to end the duet.

so much damage

lots of action in this one. .. thought the bird cage would hold more tricks though. Stefan and Gabbie get their HEA, but the ending has much action. Lots of mafia guns and risk of life ... is Rafi a good guy or bad guy ... family lines blur all that.

Dark and twisted mafia romance

This was a dark and twisted, fantastic conclusion to this mafia duet. I loved the characters, was deeply invested in the story, and had all sorts of feels. I think the narration was perfect. I'll be looking for more from this author. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer

Epic Ending to this Duet

Title: Damage Author: Natasha Knight Format: Audio Narrators: Wen Ross and Mackenzie Cartwright Genre: Romance - Dark, Mafia, Arranged marriage Standalone: No Part of a Series: Book 2 of the Collateral Damage Duet - Read book 1 first POV: Gabriela and Stefan Steam Level: Toasty at times 5/5 The twists and turns continue in the bloody conclusion to the Collateral Damage duet. Who can be trusted? Who will betray? Who will be redeemed? This rollercoaster book sends you soaring only to drop you and spiral you into so many twists and turns you don’t know where you are. Epic ending to a well-written duet that leaves you breathless and wanting more. I received this audiobook for free from Audiobook Obsession. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Twisty Conclusion to the Duet

Overall 3.5 stars Performance 4.5 stars Story 3 stars I couldn't wait to get back to Gabriela and Stefan's story after the end of Collateral. The story picks up right where the first book left off and there are lots of twists and turns to keep you guessing throughout. You're never quite sure who to trust and every time you think you know where loyalties lie, Natasha Knight will throw a curve ball at you. As much as I enjoyed the characters, I'm still not sure how to feel about Stefan. He's protective and alpha, but he also takes what he wants unapologetically and there were a few times where there was questionable consent between him and Gabriela. I'm not sure I would really call it love between them. Up until the end, it felt more like a case of Stockholm syndrome. Stefan's entire story line with Clara felt unnecessary and was just plain icky. I really liked the the familial twist at the end though and didn't see it coming at all. Unfortunately, the overall pacing of the story was a bit slow for me and made the story feel unnecessarily long. Things wrap up very quickly at the end, but the epilogues (yes, there's more than 1!) were a great way to close this duet. Wen Ross and Mackenzie Cartwright were amazing again and I really enjoyed their narration. Wen Ross especially gave an enthusiastic and emotional performance. Overall, this was an entertaining duet, but I enjoyed book 1 more. 🎧AudiobookObsession

Whom can you trust?

I asked to receive this Audible book and voluntarily wrote this unbiased review. I finished the first book of this duet and immediately started this second book. I could not put it down, I must admit that I didn't even stop to listen to my soap operas. This story is also filled with intrigue, great sadness, betrayal, doubts concerning who to trust, and simmering love that turns into hot sex. Stefan and Gabriela are still trying to deal with tragedies from their past and now there are even more in the present. Stefan has to deal with mafia issues that threaten his and Gabriela's lives. This story is filled with twists and turns that may surprise the listener. The narrators are perfect choices for this book. They portray the emotions of the characters and bring them to life. They definitely made this a listening pleasure. I highly recommend this Audible book! 🎧Audiobook Obsession 🎧

Needed this conclusion!

Oh what an ending. I was not very patient in my waiting for the conclusion of these characters. Waiting for the conclusion to this duet nearly killed me! Collateral hooked me in and I needed to know everything! Kai and Wen brought the chemistry between the characters to life and had me completely emerged in it the whole time! They hands down one of my favorite narrating duos! I will listen to anything they narrate! As far as the story, I was a little disappointed in the Stefan. I was hoping in the conclusion of the story for some huge turning point with him in his relationship with Gabriella, where we see the shift of the controlling asshole to someone who has fallen madly in love with her. While yes, we see where he very clearly cares for her, the Stefan we meet in Collateral is still very much there most of Damage and I just don’t know if there was ever a big point of him (I guess you could say) redeeming himself. Overall - amazing listen! I would highly recommend to those who like their romance a little on the dark side!

Loved the narration and story!

Love a good mafia story and Natasha Knight knows how to tell them! The characters are strong and the dialogue is engaging. I loved the narration of Wen Ross and Mackenzie Cartwright. Their voices fit the characters so well. This story was intense. You couldn't help but fall for and feel sorry for the hero and his tragic past. He is a good guy that has had to make some bad choices including what he does to the heroine. In spite of this the sparks fly between them and you can feel their chemistry and pull. Book 2 will shine the light on all that has happened and who was really behind it. Overall another fantastic suspenseful sexy read by the queen of Mafia romance.

Enjoyable

The narration in this book is amazing!! Wen and Makenzie are a fabulous team, and the emotion you can feel from their narration is wonderful! The story itself is very well written. I really enjoyed the first book, this one was not as enjoyable, but still very good. I am shamelessly in love with Stefan, and Gabriella is a well written character.

"THRILLILNG"

This book was exciting from beginning to end. I could not put it down. At times, the back and forth between Stefan and his little princess was exhausting, her being such a cry baby. Seeing Raffa's story unfold was exhilarating. The end was top of the charts. This is definitely a five-star writer. Can't leave without mention Wen Ross as Narrator...pefect for the part and oh so sexy.

OMG!!! Natasha, This Was The SH*T👍🎆🎉

OMG!!! Natasha, I want to be your NEW BEST FRIEND!!! You blew it out of the waters with "Damage, Book 2" from the (An Arranged Marriage Mafia Romance Series.) I was speechless, paralyzed, sucked in, and emotionally involved to this novel, that I just don't have all the words to explain how much I was affected by this novel. Natasha, You have a very special gift in writing, that couldn't have come from no other place but Heaven. Your characters carried the explosive chemistry from "Collateral," and continued on their twisted dark relationship. There was plenty of action & suspense + many lies and exposed secrets that nobody saw coming. I just LOVED it! Wait, I was BEYOND LOVING IT. Our narrator's Wen Ross, like I said in my review of Book 1; "Collateral," his voice can have women dropping panties. (I don't know if Audible will accept my review) but it's the truth about Natasha writing. Mackenzie Cartwright, Girl you are AMAZING, Special, Super-Talented and I would recommend the two book series to everyone. They need to listen and enjoy it as I did. 5-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ again for author, Natasha Knight and 5-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ our narrator's Wen Ross and Mackenzie Cartwright. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer🎧ronigirl

Better then the first book.

Sexy, dangerous and drawn out. A lot happens in the last half hour. But a good conclusion to the story.

Good listen

Gabbi kind of annoyed me. I wish she would have trusted Stefan more than she did but in the end she did. Stefan is as bossy and alpha male as he was in Collateral. Overall I really enjoyed this audiobook. Natasha Knight did a great job and writing the book. Wen & Mackenzie did a great job narrating! 🎧AudioBookObsessionReviewer

All the feels and so much suspense.

The push and pull continues between Stefan and Gabriella. There was more dispense and I just didn’t know who to trust or believe. I was captivated throughout but still wanted to feel a deeper connection between Stefan and Gabby. Lots of emotional content and my heart felt like it was bursting out of my chest. Again the narrators delivers with all the feels— and omg, I could happily listen to Wen Ross’ voice all day long!! The accents were perfect

Brilliant

Loved this book. was better than the 1st. I love Stefan although he's a very dark anti hero. Wow, the passion from both main characters brought to life with the narrator's it was just beautiful. The story got better and better my stomach was full of anxious butterflies listening finding out who really was the bad guys. The heat and passion between Stefan and Tabby was a loo hot!!! I dare you not to read this duet of Collateral and Damage I thoroughly enjoyed them I have them both in audible and e book. Brilliant!!
