Wow what a great series… I’ve so enjoyed every book each having the back story continue of the main characters & the crimes with so many twists & turns to keep me forever guessing who the culprit really was. Please add more to this series… I need to know what happens to all our characters.

I loved everything about this series of novels from No1 through to No19. The detailed narrative which not only portrays the beautiful, the good & the not so good & sometimes the questionable but also Wales as a country and Welsh history & culture was completely engaging.
I listened with my map app open exploring all parts of the country as I followed the cast of characters as they went about intelligently & empathetically solving their cases, while simultaneously supporting each member of their team against external threats & personal crises. As a person of a certain generation with a tad of Welsh ancestry, I certainly appreciated Gill Jones’ sense of humour & humility and honest appraisal of situations as & when required.
Recently health issues have had me spending more time on my sofa than I care for and I can honestly say (& please pass this on to the author) that without the beautifully detailed writing of Rhys Dylan and tones of Tobias Weatherburn’s excellent narration coming though my earbuds to lift my spirits I would have had a very different experience with too many negative thoughts interrupting my healing. So I thank them & the whole team. And when might we expect No 20 in the series? 🙏

Absolutely engaging trip through the heart of Wales all whilst being entertained by excellent characterisations & plot twists.
