This is a book, that it well written and narrated. Extremely informative f oor anyone struggling with health issues, and no tf finding answers. Also for those with ongoing malabsorption B12 issues, as so many more health issues were highlighted than previously been aware of.
Highly recommend this book as a Family Medical Resource book, and great relative reading for anyone interested in matters of health, impaired paediatric development, dementia, and an array of depressive and other disorders, that may benefit if found to be B12 deficient.

Brilliant book for modern health
