Publisher's Summary

Those now notorious intercepted emails documenting leading scientists conspiring to squelch global-warming skeptics and falsifying data proved exactly what Brian Sussman has been saying for years. Climategate is intended for anyone who has ever expressed skepticism about the clamorous environmentalist claims that the Earth is in peril because of mankind's appetite for carbon-based fuels. By tracing the origins of the current climate scare, Sussman guides the listener from the diabolical minds of Marx and Engels in the 1800s to the global governance machinations of the United Nations today. Climategate is a call to action, warning Americans that their future is being undermined by a phony pseudoscience aimed at altering and dominating every aspect of life in the United States and the world.

Best climate change book so far!

I have been studying the subject of climate change far more than the average Joe. This book was spot on and far better than I expected. I wish CERN had finished their CLOUD experiment a little sooner so Sussman could have included the results in his book. I recommend this to anyone with an interest in politics or science.

Must read.

This book is one of the most comprehensive on the global warming scam; and it does a good job of exposing the nefarious plans of the puppeteers running the scam.

Ridiculous vitriol.

I was hoping for a reason based argument not a book full of partisan nastiness. Starting off with phrases like slimy liberals and jumping right into Obama being a communist. This book is as far from reason as you can get.

Verifiable arguments and a splash of nonsense.

The Scientific data and arguments were well presented in a verifiable, fact based, logical manner. It’s unfortunate that the author feels such a strong need to push his mythological beliefs in a scientific book.

ASTOUNDING!

One of the most important books written since Orwell's 1984. we are currently facing one of the largest, most elaborate scams in modern history started by a few individuals with the sole purpose of obtaining immeasurable wealth and power. The author systematically breaks down the effort successfully executed by these individuals to dupe governments, citizens, and the media to invest billions of dollars and worldwide attention in order to fight an entirely fake environmental crisis. Sussman refers to verifiable testimony given by several respected climate scientists and the schemes by which this elaborate hoax was carried out.

Compelling prophecy in today's world.

If you drank the "bovine fecies" koolaid of Obamacare then you will love the buffet of it in the "climate change" agenda. Today's world has certainly proved out the predictions of the Obama era on "climate change" hoax and if it were not for President Trump reversing these disastrous restrictions I believe America would be on a direct path to third world status.
If you wish to have unbiased observations and real scientific information about the climate debate, then I would highly recommend this book.

Not about Climategate

I listened to this expecting a comprehensive report of "Climategate" - the Climatic Research Unit email controversy of 2009. Although the author spends some time on this it is certainly not the focus of the book and does not provide any comprehensive details. The book is instead a general summary of the climate skeptics' arguments with regard to global warming. If you are already familiar with these, then there won't be much new to learn. He does do a good job of describing the Cap-and-Trade bill and much of the regulatory scheme embedded in it.
The author uses derogatory names repeatedly when referring to those who promote global warming hysteria. While I also feel these people are misguided or have ulterior motives, name calling is not persuasive and is amateurish.
Finally, the author tries to tie together socialism/communism with atheism. In other words, if you believe in God, then you cannot be a socialist and if you don't believe, then you must be a commie. As someone who is an atheist and a staunch free-market Libertarian, I found this offensive. He lays this out right in the first chapter and I almost turned the book off. I stayed with it hoping there would be some meat in the book, but not so much.

Outstanding explanation and simple to understand

Brian Sussman has done and excellent job of explaining global warming and the fear it has instilled in the world. He has debunked every single global warming theory on multiple levels. He has discussed science and history that go back tens of thousands of years and explained weather patterns, C02, greenhouse effect....you name it.....and as I always suspected but couldn’t explain why, global warming is a bunch of hogwash.

It is, however, a fear tactic used by socialism. Scare the people into believing something that has no scientific basis but if you shove it down their throats, they will start to believe it. It’s a form of brainwashing. Pure and simple.

Extremely well written and completely captivating.

Highly recommended.
