"The dirty little secret about most organizing advice is that it's written by organized people," says blogger, speaker, and decluttering expert Dana K. White. "But that's not how my brain works. I'm lost on page three." Dana blogs at A Slob Comes Clean, chronicling her successes and failures with her self-described "deslobification process". In the beginning she used the name Nony (short for aNONYmous), because she was sharing her deep, dark slob secret. Now she has truly come clean - with not only her real name but the strategies she has developed.

Really great book but a little repetitive
A lot of interesting listening and some really helpful information. Just not totally convinced on the narration (I've heard much worse tho) and every chapter there is a lot of repeats that without, the book would probably be a couple of hours shorter. But will definitely keep on file and refer back too! Thanks Melissa 😊

This is it! Finally a home cleaning book that informs, inspires and entertains!

Ms Maker is cheerful, down to earth and makes you feel that you really CAN do it! She even makes you WANT to do it! Ok...I listened to the book twice just because it made me feel good about the whole thing!

Great for Messy People
I’m usually called the tornado in my home. Whether I lived with my parents or my new spouse. I’ve always been really inclined to being on the messy side and haven’t liked cleaning or known how to clean well in the first place. This is a great how to guide to inspire you to get started and keep moving forward with it. I’m so happy I listened to this book and I know I’ll do it a few more reads because it was great!

For absolute beginners only
Definitely only for people who have no idea what to use for keeping things clean.Plus the book makes it seem much more complicated than cleaning really should be. Every chapter is just a new room where she lists what tools to use and how to clean things. Repetition on top of repetition. BUT I LOVE her YouTube channel and high energy though - that´s why I bought this book. But I just cannot finish it.

Melissa has such an engaging and enthusiastic voice. Only she could make a book about cleaning, one of the most dreadful tasks ever, enjoyable. It has some great content although sometimes repetitive. The cleaning tips are amazing and time saving. Would definitely recommend it.
