This book is a must read for everyone. A diagnosis of any kind is feedback from our body, this book is not only full of practical information it also underlines that we are in charge of our health and direct our mental and physical healing and wellbeing. I have ordered the physical book, so much information that I want to underline and earmark.

While I appreciate Chris' faith takes a lot of credit in this book, probably didn't need as many bible versus and maybe could have expanded on the mindfulness link a bit more. But thanks mate, I have taken a lot out of this book with my own challenge.

Chris does a fantastic job of breaking down exactly how to go about beating cancer and covers every aspect of life that could and probably is contributing to why so many of us are getting cancer, I am personally using the information in this book to heal my mother of cancer and I am 100% confident in the resources and content provided, I feel no need to look elsewhere for guidance after listening to this fantastic book, thanks Chris

If you get a cancer diagnosis don’t immediately take your oncologist’s advice. Read this book, check Chris’s website chrisbeatcancer and improve your chances of survival by a factor of 10!

such a great book with so much knowledge that it easy to understand. there was not a single part of the book that didn't interest me. it was read beautifully which made listening and taking in all the information so easy.

Interesting content with a refreshingly objective, eyes wide open, view of the cancer industry. This book contains an exceptionally informative chapter on nutrition as well as other tips regarding lifestyle hazards and solutions. Don't be put off by the frequent religious references in this book. If you don't subscribe to that, it's easy to translate the religious references to common sense, the power of positive thought and the body's innate ability to heal itself with the right mindset.

I don't have cancer, I have a friend who has cancer and is following Chris's advice.

At first I though this is pretty risky following some quack theory when your life is at stake.

The advice is well researched, this is a great resource that covers so many areas of getting well again.
