story was going well until last book, which felt rather abandoned. so much leading up to, yet left. no continuing with the additional two partners. yet they were the ones that were built up and could have filled out so much. even if a gap of a few years was touched on, the possibility of family and sociatal acceptance of Toomba. after finally achieving the full partnership, the arrival of children was needed to round out the full curve, especially with the new house, would love to hear more in this series.
