Concise, practical, to the point and useful information for change management professionals. I enjoyed the no nonsense advice to approaching change management, as a lot of advice in this space is overly based in best practice methodology and less in what actually works in different organizations and on different projects. I just loved how this book was stepped out but was still able to articulate how each element is interconnected. Follow along with the workbook and you are essentially receiving a masterclass in change management essentials along with some fantastic contextual examples.

if you are tired of CM books that have their head in the clouds of org psych and pseudo science, and want to understand application of CM, this is the book for you.

would love to see another volume on enterprise change and large scale change programmes.
